4. Shipping & Delivery

Around Kathmandu Valley

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days.

Outside Kathmandu Valley

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, public holidays, or courier delays.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchange

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The product is damaged or incorrect

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers may need to provide proof of purchase and product photos for return requests.

We accept available online payment methods and cash on delivery where applicable.

Chittika is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.
